The character of the building and showroom is second to none. It is a unique and wonderful experience to walk through.

Excellent service from Chris who took time to understand the vision and how this would work in the spaces to be tiled considering natural and artificial light. Opting for a terrazzo effect tile Chris walked us through different ranges until we settled for an earthy base with white chips. Chris made sure we felt comfortable with the selection and walked us through the grout and trim options taking into consideration how these would work with the sanitary wear. Thanks Chris. Highly recommend, very efficient with comms and pricing too.

We were carrying out a complete refurbishment of a 33 year old property and could not find what we were looking for until we visited David Scott’s and met Darren. From the first meeting we were very impressed with Darren’s knowledge and advice which proved crucial as we were tiling a 70 square metre room on newly laid floor screed. It was Darren who first mentioned to us the need for the moisture content in the floor to be measured and also to have the floor sanded. Darren subsequently arranged for a moisture tester to be fitted and our architect agreed with both of Darren’s suggestions i.e. the moisture measurement until it reached an acceptable level and the sanding afterwards. Only after this was done did two other suppliers of our selected flooring (wooden and ceramic) mention this. Darren was a delight to deal with and I would have no hesitation in returning to Darren at David Scott’s or in recommending him to other family and friends. The photo is of Betes Ivory Porcelain tiles of 3 different widths (40,60, & 80cm) all by 120cm long laid in a random or scatter pattern.

I had such great service with buying tiles for a previous house that I returned recently and had a fantastic experience buying tiles for all three of my bathroom refurbs with the showroom manager Cat. She was extremely helpful throughout and made the whole process much easier.
Cat offered great design advice, took my budget into account, and suggested ideas I would never have thought of on my own. I would find a tile I liked but wasn’t sure how it would come to life and work in the overall design of the rooms. Cat was able to explain how it could be used effectively and brought the whole design together in a way that made sense.
She also recommended different tile formats and sizes for each room, explaining which would work best in each space. Her suggestions weren’t just about looks, but also about practicality—helping to reduce waste and therefore keep costs more effective.
Overall, her knowledge, patience, and eye for design made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. I’m delighted with the end result and have recommended her to friends already.
