I would highly recommend Emma-Louise Hood to design your new bathroom. She really understood what I wanted and was incredibly patient when I faffed a bit on the storage. Emma-Louise kept me on track and provided sound advice, from size of tile, colour scheme and taps. She met with the installer and ensured that he was aware of the brief too, even down to the mitred tiles. Emma-Louise was always at the end of the phone throughout the process and importantly, when I had a slight issue with a shower fitting nearly a year later, she got it sorted by liaising directly with the supplier. I knew I was in a safe pair of hands throughout the project and I am so glad that Emma-Louise designed my dream bathroom. Thanks Emma-Louise!

We first met Helen 8 years ago when we were designing and building our new home specially designed for our daughter who suffers from cerebral palsy. Helen (Scott) listened to us and understood our specific needs in terms of bathroom fixtures and also the beautiful tiles we now have. She really knows everything there is to know about bathrooms. She problem solved so many things for us. She is professional, efficient, she is a great listener and she totally knows her customers needs. I am so thankful for the solutions which she provided . They really work for us.
